Speaking
in Nyeri Town, Kuria, who was accompanied by Kieni MP, Kanini Kega,
said he is ready to shed light on why he almost stripped Mbita MP,
Millie Odhiambo, during the passing of the controversial Security Bill.
“I
am ready to tell the Ethics and Anti Corruption Commission (EACC)
officials on what happened on that fateful day,” Kuria said.
The
two MPs, who are tough defenders of the Jubilee Government, blamed
their CORD counterparts saying it was a shame for MPs, mostly from CORD,
to behave as they did.
“Desperate times call for desperate measures and that is why we attacked them as if they were animals,” Kuria said.
Kuria
also dared CORD leaders to go to court and oppose the law saying the
Jubilee Government is ready for a fierce court battle.
